Mario Sassine is specialized in the governance processes of family-owned businesses and applied methodologies in corporate finance.
Mario’s areas of expertise extend to business planning, business valuation and investments analysis/assessment, financial management, and feasibility studies.
Mario is currently an Associate Professor at USEK Business School in Lebanon. He received his PhD in Management Sciences from Montesquieu – Bordeaux IV University.
