Charles Yaacoub is a certified instructor in cybersecurity operations, CCNA (v7), Internet of Things (Connecting Things, Big Data and Analytics, IoT security) and IT Essentials (CompTIA A+)

His areas of expertise lie in deep learning, Internet of Things, image and video processing, computer vision, distributed video coding, joint source-channel coding, wireless sensor networks, cross-layer optimization, and mobile and wireless communications.

Charles received his PhD in Signal and Image Processing with highest honors from Telecom ParisTech, the Higher National School of Telecommunications of Paris (ENST- Telecom Paris), France. He is currently a professor in a university school of engineering.
