Biography

Elias Abou Fadel has more than twenty-three years as an entrepreneur and managing partner of a boutique consulting firm he founded. His global corporate finance and management consultancy experience revolve around advising clients across a broad range of public and private sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, banking, and hospitality, to adopt business strategies enabling them to achieve their growth and diversification objectives.

Elias believes in investing in staff and identifying and realizing talent and potential for business growth and sustainability. He supports businesses ambition to achieve through business development, scoping, negotiating and leading engagements, team building and team management, and conflict management with both clients and teams.

In addition to a number of executive roles, Elias has led engagement teams in various industries in Lebanon, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Morocco, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. Assumed full projects responsibility: managing internal teams and enabling their professional development, setting staff roles and responsibilities, preparing projects action plans using project management tools, coordinating the activities of external subject matter experts, reviewing, and presenting deliverables.

Board of Directors of “Centre Hospitalier Universitaire – Notre Dame Des Secours” – 2000 – present (7th mandate)

Board of Directors of “Net Holding”- leading express courier, e-commerce solutions, air, sea & ground freight-forwarding, warehousing, and other supply chain services in the MENA region. – 2010 – present

Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Trade – Lebanon (for two consecutive mandates, 2011-2015)
