Elias Farah is a freelance licensed civil engineer, working in irrigation networks design, hydraulic and structural design of water purification treatment plants in Lebanon and the middle east.
Elias main interests are in innovative smart water systems design and technology, mapping and hydraulic modeling, data mining and leak detection and water quality.
A frequent publisher, Elias’s articles and papers have appeared in numerous reputable journals such as Water Resources Management, International Journal of Sustainable Development and Planning, and American Journal of Civil Engineering.
Elias has a PhD in Civil & Water Engineering from Lille, France and is head for a university civil engineering department.
