Marc Zeidan has a background in agricultural engineering with a focus on quality assurance, research development, management, and sustainable and strategic planning in food production. As a consultant, he offers training services to cooperatives and foundations. He is also the Co-founder and Head of Research & Development for Elmir Brewing Company.
Marc received his PhD in Food and Microbial Biotechnology from Doctoral School of “Scienze e biotecnologie dei Sistemi Agrari e Forestali e delle Produzioni alimentari”, Department of Agriculture, University of Sassari, Italy. he is currently a university associate professor in food engineering.
